WHO WILL I WORK WITH FOR THE FINAL TASK? (Group Blog)

Hey guys and welcome back. By the name of the title, I think you can guess that today we will be discussing my group. More specifically this blog will be about who I will be working with for the final task. I worked with the same person for the past two project and I have finally come to a decision. I will CONTINUE TO WORK WITH MYA! Mya and I worked so well for our past two projects together and she has such great input. Another thing I love about Mya and why I would work with her is because of how reliable she is. For example, I'm not a perfect person. Specifically, I sometimes forget to do something regarding our projects in media studies. But, even if I forget I know I can count on Mya remind me. I can also count on her to always help out with anything needed. Another reason why it is so easy to work with Mya is because of her location. Mya lives directly across the street from my house. Like I can walk out my house, walk a block , and her house is right there. This makes it so easy fr us because since we live so close it is always easy to film outside of school. Like for our music video, we just went to the park right near our house. Also, since this project might require multiple locations Mya has a car to take us which is so helpful. In the process of our music video, she would always give angle suggestions and was the best director while I did most of the editing. Also, we just naturally have a great relationship so this makes the filming process run smooth because most of the time we are on the same page. Well, I am working with Mya and I am so happy, I cant wait for you guys to see the magic we create with our short film , see you later!

Storyboard Blog

Scene One- The first scene will start with Mya opening up the door to the courtroom. She will introduce herself, welcome the viewer to the courtroom, and then go look for the rest of the members. The camera will pan around the room to give a full view of the scene. Finally the camera will turn to Charlie and Kai. Scene Two- The second scene will start with Charlie introducing himself. He would state his name and then, similar to a lawyer examining a witness, will ask Kai to introduce herself. After Kai says her name the camera will pan back to Mya who will go looking for the other members. Scene Three- The third scene will jump cut to Joey asleep on a patio bench. Mya will walk into frame and wake him up. Once awake he will introduce himself to the camera. Scene Four- The fourth scene will start with Kyra and I on a different bench. Intro Blog

Hello, I am Marvin and I am the son of a full Haitian dad and a full African-American mother. I am the oldest child out of all my siblings. On my mom's side I have a little sister named Malaysia and I have a 3 month old brother on my dad's side named Mayson. In the future, I hope to be a lawyer and maybe even go into politics. I am not sure what type of lawyer I want to be yet due to the vast variety of types of lawyers there are or what law school I would want to go to. For undergraduate if I stay in state I for sure want to go to the University of Florida. If I'm being optomisitc, I would love to be able to go to an Ivy League school for undergraduate school but using my bright futures might be the best option. Right now, I am currently the Class of 2025 President and I am also apart of the Mock Trial Team. Creative Critical Reflection Blog

CCR BLOG 1. How does your product use or challenge conventions AND how does it represent social groups or issues? Our commercial product both uses and challenges commercial conventions. In normal school PSA's, they will usually have some type of message at the end. Within our commercial, we made sure to end our commercial with the message we wanted to get across which was to promote our mock trial team and we ended it with the introduction of all together as one. In one way it challenges conventions because usually school PSA's use normal clothing such as t-shirts, hoodies, pants, etc. Our commercial we took that typical clothing up a notch, and we wore our court attire because it matched more the school PSA we wanted to get across.
