Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing good! Welcome back to my blog. Today, I want to talk about my music video. More specifically the editing aspect. In a past blog, I told you about how i was trying to edit. But, I didn't get to edit because of how hard it was to transfer clips from the camera. This time, I want to tell you about the true editing process of myself editing the music video. I edited the music video on an app called "CapCut". This app I would say is best for editing because it offers so many things. For example, you can change the brightness and aesthetics of the video. Not only, can you put all the clips together this app allows you to add transitions in between. I used a lot of fade transitions. These were fade in, fade out transitions. I edited the entire music video on my iPhone. More specifically, I have an iPhone 11. I also used external sources outside of CapCut to edit. I also went in the photo's app on my phone. On the photos app, I adjusted things like the saturation, noise reduction, and etc. When editing I made sure to have a clean cut in between clips but the hardest part of this editing process I would say was finding a spot to cut the song so it can fade out due to there not being a short version of it online. Well, that's a wrap, thank you for reading my blog!

So, in our group we each got 3 different people to view our film and to give us feedback. I was able to get 3 of my friends to view the film. First I sent it to my friend Isa, who is also in media. The feedback that I got from her was that she didn't like the "scary" music in the beginning but she understood the concept. To give more clarity, the music in the beginning was meant to give off comedy from the quick transition of scary music to upbeat music. This was a ...
